Had a great experience today with my technician Shane. From start to finish, he had me updated with the whole process. He had the answer to any question I had asked. He was very respectful and professional when it came to his job. I even noticed at the end of the job completion. He had picked up the remaining scrap material. I just want to say that I was very impressed and satisfied with the customer service that was provided by William, our technician. He was able to fix the leak that had came from a busted old copper pipe that was attached to our water softening system and had resulted in flooding our garage. I recently had a home water conditioner and under the sink filter system installed. From what I was told, my installation was a very difficult one.
