Marketing Department
Whether it’s on the phone or face-to-face we have opportunities in our Headquarters as well as within The Home Depot Stores to be the face of our organization. For people who are just starting out in this line of work, we have positions as simple as taking brief surveys with customers, as well as more advanced opportunities like scheduling appointments, working exhibition booths & operating behind the scenes with our different marketing programs.
Sales Department
In our industry there is a tremendous opportunity for individuals who are self-driven, competitive, and motivated. Our Water Technicians are high-caliber men and women who have a personal conviction about water quality and an intense desire to show people the realities of how their water is impacting their homes and families on a day to day basis.
Installation Department
Our Team of Installers are some of the best in the Industry. If you’re a “hands-on” person with plumbing experience, this may be the right opportunity for you. Our installations will have you working indoors as well as outdoors, primarily at residential locations. This means that you’ll be playing an important role as the last impression of the company that our customers experience before putting their new investment to use.
Service Department
Our Service team has opportunities in our Headquarters for Service Schedulers, as well as in the field with our Service Technicians. For those who are more hands-on and like to work in the public, a technician position might be the right fit. For those with computer skills, who enjoy helping people over the phone, Service Scheduling could be a good career opportunity.
Management
As a company, our vision always involves growth. In order to grow, we need to have the right team of people to grow with, so in every department there is always the opportunity to be developed into a manager. Management is no small task within our organization, because our leaders are expected to perform in a way that “earns”, rather than “demands”, the respect of their subordinates. Most of our successful managers have been developed from within the ranks of our team; however, there are the occasions where a strong manager is brought in from the outside based on their qualifications and abilities. We are always looking for key people to take on leadership roles.

Had a great experience today with my technician Shane. From start to finish, he had me updated with the whole process. He had the answer to any question I had asked. He was very respectful and professional when it came to his job. I even noticed at the end of the job completion. He had picked up the remaining scrap material. I just want to say that I was very impressed and satisfied with the customer service that was provided by William, our technician. He was able to fix the leak that had came from a busted old copper pipe that was attached to our water softening system and had resulted in flooding our garage. His hard work resulted in the job being completed quickly and efficiently. He was absolutely proffesional & knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable through the entire service. I recently had a home water conditioner and under the sink filter system installed. From what I was told, my installation was a very difficult one. But Adam R, Angel G, and Shane did and outstanding job. I've not seen such excellent workmanship in a long time. Thank you very much for the hard work and high professionalism! By the way, the soft water is excellent and the kitchen water is great!.
